Responsibilities:

1.Management of confirmation samples

管理确认样品
2.Improve speed and quality of confirmation samples by working closely woth senior technicians, office support, ac count managers, chief inspectors and HQ QA.

与公司各部门及总部QA密切合作以提高确认样品的进度及品质。
3.Check system report daily and push confirmation sample schedule

每日于系统内审核样品进度并跟进
4.Push HQ for feedback on samples sent.

联络公司总部并跟进已出货样品
5.Update data base of sample rejection reports in share drive for good tracking.

更新公共盘被拒样品信息
6.Handle material color swatch and check with SCC when there's difference on samples.

处理材料色卡，若有色差及其他问题及时与SCC部门联系

Requirements:

1.Good at following up schedule and paper work

良好的工作跟进能力及日常文书工作能力
2.Basic shoe making knowledge is must be

有基础的鞋业制作经验
3.Good English skills.
良好的英语听，说，读，写运用能力

Cortina’s quality assurance organization covers 90 people in whole China who take care of material selection, production follow-up and quality control.
