Job Title IE Training Specialist III

JOB SUMMARY
Design and deliver Industrial Engineering function training based on JEDII program evaluate the effectiveness of training results and improve it.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Establish training needs analysis with the IE function within Jabil
? Select or develop instructional methods, training aids, manuals and other materials.
? Select & interview trainees
? Fully understand the criteria of trainees recruitment
? Formulate learning objectives
? Develop curriculum and instructor notes to meet needs of trainees.
? Design handouts and classroom training materials to support training
? Deliver classroom training and demonstrate hands on practice including IE sub tools.
? Understand the IE functional knowledge with hands-on experience in resolving IE issue on the shop and share with trainee on lesson learnt cases in the training program.
? Quizzes/tests/hands-on assessments.
? Create and implement effective evaluation tools to measure effectiveness of training.
? Effectively use adult learning principles to maximize effectiveness of training.
? Relate course material to actual on the job tasks and ensure development of these competencies.
? Complete all administrative tasks and assessment record relating to training classes.
? Training Projects & Staff Meetings.
? Training program development on continuous improvement projects leading to improvement.
? Plan, implement and follow up OJT activities including contacting, allocation, task lists progress, meetings, coaching and trouble shooting
? Contribute the value to the FM and aligning training objective with management.
? Perform other duties and responsibilities as when it is needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
? Deeply understanding the terminology of IE Engineering process including MOST, Line layout, Lean , OLE, line optimization and etc
? Fully understanding Jabil IE procedures , processes and KPI
? Understanding some cross function knowledge between engineering namely ME, TE, QE and Automation.
? Proficiency use of Jabil System tool related to IE function.
? Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Especially Excel, PowerPoint).
? Good communication & presentation skills
? Good facilitating skills
? Fluent English(reading, writing, speaking, listening)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor's Degree required.
? Degree in Engineering field preferred.
? 5 years work-related experience required, preferably in electronic industry
