Role:

- Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, the role is to execute full size grading check and pre-production

trial at the assigned factory.

- Upon receiving the brief from the commercialization team (Development Technician), the Production Technician

works / arranges with factory to assess full size grading (FSG) and check and sign off against the Tech 1

fitting approval, before allowing factory to proceed to PPT (Pre-Production Trial) stage.

- You would be responsible to oversee production of the first 12 to 24 pairs of production to a satisfactory

standard, advising the factory of any issues before reaching a mutual agreement against specification for the

factory to proceed with bulk production, after which, it becomes the factory's full responsibility.

- You would be expected to perform your duties within a set timeframe to ensure that pre-production trial is

completed in line with planned ex-factory dates.

Detail:

- Follow the Technical Specification and risk analysis in collaboration with the Technical team and in line with

S.O.P.

- Work with factory technical staff ensuring that all technical requirements are met or exceeded according to

best practice.

- Ensure that commercialization always meets the production deadline.

- Attend and follow the PPT process at factories to ensure that production trial meets the necessary

requirements and that best practice is observed.

- Work as part of a team to ensure that company best practices are observed and maintained.

- Liaise with the Technical Administrator on all commercialization tracking issues, ensuring that

information is total and up-to-date.

- Attend weekly meetings and tracking updates in the China office, and supply all information required

pertaining to commercialization in progress.
