职位描述
Role:
- Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, the role is to follow and process the technical functions
required throughout the commercialization stages of shoe development.
- You would be responsible for ensuring that commercialization is carried out to company expectations and via
standard operating procedure as determined by Jones Group - Director of Technical Engineering.
- You would be expected to perform your duties within a set timeframe to ensure that support is provided to the
Technical Manager in terms of:
Last checking and measuring.
Risk analysis.
Checking of components - blue-prints, component structure, material testing and analysis.
Assisting at fitting sessions to take notes and photos as required.
Maintaining the brand style file database.
Detail:
- Work with the Technical Manager and Fitting Manager to ensure best prototype fit.
- Follow the Technical Specification and risk analysis in collaboration with the Technical team and in line with
Technical Manual.
- Work with factory technical staff ensuring that all technical requirements are met or exceeded according to
best practice.
- Ensure that commercialization always meets calendar deadline.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that company best practices are observed and maintained.
- Supply the Technical Administrator with all commercialization tracking requirements ensuring that information
is total and up-to-date.
- Attend weekly meetings and tracking updates in the China office, and supply all information required
pertaining to commercialization in progress.
