-项目管理经验：大型复杂工业项目管理经验（非服务项目或研发管理）。有项目管理任职资格，有项目管理工具使用经验者优先考虑。具备系统的工作方法，有组织的工作流程。
-普通话标准，英文流利
-有外企工作经历
-可适应出差
-有很强的客户意识，具备积极解决问题的能力
-能够独立开展工作，具备丰富的执行能力

背景要求:
-具有6年以上大型射频项目的丰富管理经验，如雷达、卫星、地面接收站等领域。

Requirements:
-RF experience : Antennas and/or telecommunications systems
-RF Knowledge : Telecommunications degree or similar
-Project management experience : Industrial project management experience (not services project or R&D management) on large scale and complex projects. Official Project management qualification or experience with Project management tools would be a plus. Should have a methodical approach with organized workflow.
-Very good English + Putonghua
-Worked with international companies
-Willingness to travel
-Customer focused mindset, proactive approach to problem solving.
-Able to work independently and with a hands on approach
Background:
Rich experience e.g. 6yrs+ managing big projects with RF experience e.g. radar, satellite, earth station
