Description:
- Lead product definition (completion of CAD) completed by Design Leader and development to ensure compliance to requirements (acceptance of customer product specification including geometry convergence)
- Lead engineering definition in program acquisition phase, support program award.
- Build the internal engineering schedule to match with the customer master schedule
- Establish and manage the bill of materials
Enter all technical issues into a "single list of issues"，leads the PDCA for technical problem-solving. Then follow action plan to - solve all technical issues (including perceived quality problems)
- Manage engineering change through ECM process
- Implement Faurecia standards and guidelines and manage potential conflicts with customer's standards with PoC (internal deviation approval).
- Manage BOP definition release，Check process feasibility for BOP (validate feasibility studies of sub-suppliers)
- Responsible for the full validation of the product and process, to reach Production Part and Process Approval (PPAP) on time and in compliance with OEM and legal requirements (S/R, Environment…)
- Ensure good communication within team and extend functional team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in engineering
- Experience in Design & Development in the automotive industry (Interior system prefer)
- Knowledge and experience in Ford development process
- Team player with strong communication skills, International mind set
- Catia V5 required
- GD&T, RPS knowledge required
- Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
