业务跟单

岗位职责：

1、订单的管理、统计，出货计划的制定、跟进，确保订单按时出货。
2、报关文件的制作与提供，单证审核、报关、船务工作、以及出货时的车辆安排等工作，确保订单按时出货。
3、客户维护以及相关资料的整理和归档。
4、懂PMC生产计划，与采购和生产部确认交期并跟进进度，满足客户交期。
5、负责成品出货检验以及客户验货的相关工作。
6、领导安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、23-40岁，大专及以上学历，较好的计算机操作水平以及熟悉出口贸易业务的操作流程。
2、英语听说读写流利，能与国外客户进行日常的商务交流；责任心强，性格开朗具有良好的团队合作精神以及协调沟通能力。
3、有节能灯和LED等照明行业1年以上相关工作经验，熟悉相关产品及生产流程。
4、工作认真负责、敢于担当，细致严谨、条理性强，做事积极主动、有激情；良好的职业道德，忠诚、可靠、严守企业秘密。
