职位描述
Ensure and improve quality and safety of product and processing.
Maintain and improve quality system.
Comply with relevant regulations.
1. Strictly implement inspecting and checking according to company quality systems, ISO 22000 and technical documents.
2. Ensured to pass HACCP/ISO 22000 lience audit.
3. Improved quality system continuously by taking corrective/preventive and improvement actions, together with the teams of supply chian and logistics.
4. Conduct regular on site inspection for hygiene and food safety in warehouse and transferring.
5. Be responsible for labelling content verification and comply with relevant regulations.
6. Ensure strictly implement pest control plan in facility.
7. Establish safety instruction for key position approach to gas, heater, steam, chemical gas.
8. Conduct the product recall caused by non-conformity or food safety issue as reuired.
9. Communicating with logistcial and supply chain team for Quality cases in regualrly.
Providing effective service and communicating for customer.
1. Ensure provide qualified product and exact COA to customer.
2. Promptly deal with quality issue and non-confirmity to analyze the complaint and follow corrective actions.
3. Give feedback or supporting to customer in 2 days for customer complaint and technical question.
4. Initiate customer satisfactory survey.
People management and others
1. To conduct ISO and food safety educational training and specified project in logistical and supply team.
2. Quality meeting and period review to strengthen communicating with other Depts
3. Insight survey action to be taken
