· General administration duties;
· Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings, workshops and conferences;
· Arrange and coordinate the planning and organization of business trips, itineraries and tickets;
· Support in preparation of routine letters, reports an organizational memoranda;
· Budget admin & support role. Consolidate and monitoring cost of each project using software.
· Produce variety of reports & presentations using appropriate software;
· Close co-operation with headquarters on all business related matters;
· Conduct internet research when required;
· Take calls and relay messages when function leaders are travelling.
· Translation of texts from German to English.
· Arrange workshops and team events.
· Support on project specific topics.
Education requirements : Studying German, Business Administration or similar topic.
Professional experience : Experience working in a multinational company an advantage;
: Experience in translation services;
: Team assistant experience an advantage;
: Basic knowledge in accounting & experience in monitoring project costing
preferred.
: Good IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Personal qualities : Attention to detail
: Highly motivated
: A hands-on, systematic & independent staff with a high level of Initiative & is able
to work with min. supervision.
: Excellent communication skills

Good in spoken and written English
Good in spoken and written German
