***** Position Purpose *****

Support BU Marketing Manager in market research and analytics, branding & communications and other assigned projects.


***** Principal Accountabilities *****

50% Market Research & Analytics
- Using basic knowledge, with direct supervision, provides analytics support to deliver market insights to internal/external business clients.
- Supports the execution and implementation of marketing analytics projects.
- Responsible for data collection for insights analysis.
- Executes and supports analytics activities to support the sales and marketing teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness (e.g. sales management reporting, market share reports, territory planning, sales goals, commissions, conversion rate and customer segmentation models).
- Gathers appropriate data and analytics to support internal decision making.

50% Internal & External Communication Execution & Support
- Executes and supports small scale, multi-channel marketing communications and promotion efforts (e.g. print and web media).
- Assists in executing marketing communications projects (i.e. collateral, sales support, employee communications, newsletters, websites, social media, logo and VIS design, advertising, direct/web marketing, packaging, customer presentations and product prototyping, meeting/tradeshow/special events, and brand communication).
- Responsible for supporting overall internal and external public relations communication strategy (e.g. press release and article development/approval, crisis communications, position statements, newsletters, internal websites, leadership updates and media relations).
- Supports the management of websites (internet and intranet) including: elements of design (navigation/user interface), administration (content management), release (coordination and implementation of new content, including site updates), brand management, and maintenance (IT support).
- Supports the marketing communication strategy through maintenance of communication channels (e-mail marketing, social media, blogs, mobile marketing, search engine optimization, and web content).


***** Required Education, Experience, Skills *****

University degree
2+ years related working experience in MNC food companies will be preferred
Good presentation skills
Strong listening and communication skills
Strong team player
Fluent in English and Chinese Preferably
