职位描述

Purpose of Position:
As a member of the Industrial Sales team the Account Manager – Industrial Seating will focus on generating new business for CGT in the Industrial Seating market. This market generally includes PVC coated fabrics for heavy truck, bus, tractor, RV and other transportation applications as well as commercial and residential furniture. This individual is expected to develop the market segment by utilizing CGT’s product development and established relationships in the OEM automotive market.

Duties and Responsibilities:
? Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
? Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
? Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
? Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
? Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
? Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
? Participates in trade shows and conventions
? Other duties as assigned.
? Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
? Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

Education
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.

Experience
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a Sales Representative for Industrial Seating products.

Working Conditions:
? Usually work in an office, plant and lab environment, but the mission of the organization may sometimes take them to non-standard workplaces.
? Standard work week, but additionally will often work evening, weekends, and overtime hours to accommodate activities
? Domestic and International travel.
