职位描述
1. 有很好的编程能力和良好的文档规范，协助完成软件和系统方面相关报告和文档的编制工作。整理维护工作中各种报表和文档，定期更新完善并向上级提供相关资料报表；
2. 与其他部门一起采集信息化运营需求，参与系统架构设计工作。
3. 参与软件产品项目规划工作，参与软件系统的设计和分析；参与制定具体项目实施方案和跟进；
4. 根据开发进度和任务分配，进行软件开发和维护过程中技术问题的讨论，负责相应部分软件、系统的开发和支持以及部署实施。
5. 对现有系统进行运营维护， 优化和二次开发
6. 配合进行软件、系统的论证、测试和验证。
7. 参与软件和系统的后续维护和日常支持。
任职资格：
1. 计算机技术或电子信息以及电子工程相关专业本科及以上学历；受过软件测试、产品知识等方面的培训；三年以上IT行业工作经验，两年以上net系统开发经验， 有大型项目开发经验
2. 熟练掌握c#,熟悉.net framework，有winform开发经验，有多线程开发经验
3. 熟练sql server数据库，熟练掌握数据库设计及性能优化， 对sql server2012有较强了解
4. 有一定网站维护经验者优先
5. 有tablet（Java）开发经验者优先
6. 有wcf相关经验者优先
7. 英语听说读写良好，能作为日常工作语言， 有良好的编码习惯和文档规范。
8. 具备良好的沟通能力和理解能力，能够完整的掌握和分析需求，并参与系统分析和设计。
9. 团队合作意识强，较强的责任心和事业心，主动性强；自学能力强，工作积极勤奋；有良好的服务意识，严守职业道德；

Job description:
1, Have good coding ability and documentation standard. Assist in complete software/system related reports/documents. Prepare work reports periodically, update and complete regularly relevant information and statements to superiors;

2, Collecting requirements together with other departments for company’s information technology operation, Participate in the system architecture design.
3, Participate in the software products project planning, involved in the design and analysis of software systems; participate in and follow up the development of specific project implementation plan and schedule.
4, Follow the software system development schedule and fulfill tasks; Take part in the discussion and research for technical issues pop up during software development and maintenance process.
5, Take part in the software, system demonstration, testing and verification. Responsible for software testing and daily basis Bug modification, to ensure software quality and reliability;

6, Take part in the software system’s demonstration, testing and verification

7, Participant in the current system’s operation, maintenance, optimization and second round development.

Qualifications:
1, Major in computer technology or electronic information and electronic engineering of other related majors. College degree or above; Have been trained of software testing, product knowledge; 3 years of work experience in the IT/software industry, more than 2 years .net development experience; and experience of large scale project development.
2, Proficient in c#, familiar with –net framework, have experience in win form developing & multi-threading
3, Proficiency of SQL Server, have experience in DB design and optimization. Have knowledge with SQL Server2012 is preferred.
4, Website maintenance experience is preferred.
5, Tablet development experience is preferred.
6, WCF related experience is preferred.
7, Good oral, listening, reading and writing English skills, could use English as daily working language. Possess good coding standards.
8, Have good communication and analysis skills. Be able to understand and analyze completely the requirements and participant in systematic analysis as well as design.
9, Strong sense of teamwork, A strong sense of responsibility and devotion, initiative and diligent. strong self-learning ability and has a good sense of service and professional ethics.
