职位描述

Responsibilities:
1.Compliance
- Strictly follow Group Procurement Bluebook , Procurement Ethics and ALC procurement procedure, guideline etc.
- Comply with the company's strategy, legal requirements, the Group's purchasing policy - Follow Group's guidelines for safety , reliability, quality, sustainable development, sound business practices and ethics.
- Follow the Procurement Frame Agreement for the responsible categories.
- Work with operation buyers to ensure proper execution of the agreement and commitment"
2. Category management
- Define sourcing strategy based on business needs and supplier capabilities
- Develop plan to continuously optimize the number of suppliers per category
- Define Specifications with the users and communicate with the selected suppliers
- Organize qualification for new suppliers according to the qualification procedure
- Look for cost-saving opportunities within ALC
- Take ownership for execution of the identified Saving projects
3. Personal capability management
- Have adaptability, passion and creativity to daily work and take ownership
- Have teamwork spirit and develop efficient communication with internal customers
- Make continuously effort in capability in project management & category management

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Cryogenic engineering or mechanical engineering, marketing
-At least 5 year experience in procurement or sales experience in Ind. Gas or Chemical companies; over 2 years working experience in procurement or sales management;
