Job Title : Supply Chain Co-ordinator
Pay Grade : DOE
Department : Supply Chain
Reports to : American Director of Operations - Asia
Desired results of the job:
Direct US company’s order processing and logistics by ensureing on-time delivery of purchase orders.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
? Assist in supplier/material/products cost statistic tracking and management
? Manage orders operation and production tracking
? Inspection schedule control and follow up
? Follow up production capacity and supplier operation status
? Responsible for On-time-delivery control and improvement coordinating with different functional teams
? Monitor shipping space, documents and order receiving registration
? Assist Sourcing and Project Managers in NPD and sampling
? Participate in China office administration follow up
? Invitation letter issue and visitor itinerary arrangement
? Sample and parcel delivery and tracking
? Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Good Excel and Office software application capability
2. Good oral and written English
3. Working Knowledge and experience of supply chain in Western company is a must and administration experience is preferred
3. Well organized, patient, smart and Co-operative
4. Minimum 5 year working experience with US large retail stores and branding company.
5. Willing and able to work under pressure and overtime; self-oriented
Responsibility Metrics
Purchase order management, OTD tracking and administrations of SH office along with other duties assigned

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, engineering or relevant fields
