BASIC FUNCTION:
Give a summary statement of the principal end result expected of the position.
? Manage sales information operation at mega region level
? Provide sales information, data and analysis support to Regional General Manager;
? Be responsible for all admin. affairs at mega-regional offices
? Be responsible for developing regional sales information team.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Describe important specific results that incumbent and subordinates are expected to achieve. Describe types of policies, philosophy and procedures incumbent recommends or approves (indicate which). Give examples of goals, quotas, performance standards and other types of planning incumbent recommends or approves (indicate which). Describe activities which are executed, scheduled, coordinated, reviewed, approved, advised on or controlled (indicate which). Where appropriate, indicate frequency of duties ie, monthly, quarterly).
Business Management Activities:
Sales Information Management
? To ensure all sales information will be completely collect on timely according to the SOPs in mega-region
? Evaluation the sales information to ensure the data quality
? Well manage the sales information collection, storage and publish according to the policy
? Familiar for the operation of sales systems
Business Analysis
? Leading the Mega-Region Sales Information team to develop or generate the business analysis to support the business decision making for RGM
? Leading the Mega-Region Information team to provide the value added support for the key business review and planning to ensure the quality. E.g. QBR, Regional Sales Plan, City Plan etc.
? Ensure the key business review reports are consistent with National Standard in the region.
? Ensure the sales reports will be generate on timely
Sales Administration
? Leading the Mega-Region Sales Information team to provide the support to field sales on administration work
? As the regional Crisis Coordinator to ensure the field communication, execution and feedback on timely according to the crisis management process or the requiem from Crisis management team
? Sales meetings planning and organization
? Sales office setup and management
? Provide assistance to sales leaders on the resources management
People development
? Leading and develop the Mega-regional Sales Information Team
4. SCOPE:
Indicate appropriate and representative measures of "job size". For example, sales volume being generated, handled or serviced; budget being developed and administered; principal brands worked on; specific measures such as equipment rental costs, volume of purchases, volume of receivables, volume of products distributed, etc.
5. REQUIREMENTS:
A. Indicate a minimum amount of formal education considered necessary:
? University educated, Advanced MS office skills, Experience in database setup and data process
B. Describe the nature and length of experience and know-how necessary to meet job problems and challenges.
? 4~5 years relevant sales support/customer service experience in industry of FMCG companies
? 2 years in supervisor position
Managerial skills:
? Business acumen;
? Good planning and organizing skills
? Able to managing and measuring
? Capable to building an effective team
? Independent, self-motivated and well organized with analytical mind and pleasing personality
Technical know-how:
? Good language skill, fluent English speaking & writhing skills are preferred
Interpersonal skills:
? Good communication skill and willing to coach others.

A. Describe the type and extent of controls which limit the employee’s freedom to make final decisions or take action, such as existing policies or procedures, maximum dollar approval authority (Please indicate), etc.
