工作职责
We look for Product Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for product localization and developing Go-To-Marketing strategy, plan and further driving execution for market penetration.
The Product Marketing Manager should reach deep understanding of products, in order to define market positioning, target customer segments, and value proposition. The person should also have good marketing expertise in designing and conduct marketing campaigns according to selling circle and seasonality to elivate product awareness and drive demand, and further work with channel sales team to achieve revenue target.
Key Responsibilities:
? Provide local market need, and lead marketing feasibility assessment before bringing in any global solution products to China.
? Jointly development product Go-To-Market strategy with sales team, including target customer segments, pricing model, solution package and revenue forecast.
? Develop product Go-To-Marketing strategy, plan and drive execution, reporting and make timely adjustment in order to achieve revenue forecast.
? Lead product Go-To-Market tool kit development or localization for and sales enablement, including value proposition, selling point.
? Design and conduct integrated marketing campaigns including online and offline to drive demand generation and ensure good ROI.
? Sales enablement – timely update product selling points, differentiated value proposition, customer scenarios and case studies, and conduct training to channel sales team or selected channels.
? Work with channel marketing manager to communicate update on product feature or price, or seasonal promotion program to selected channels to boost sales.

Requirements:
? 8+ years of software product marketing experience with at least 3 years’ experience in a field facing role
? Bachelor’s in business or marketing
? Good business acumen, passionate, strong sense of ownership, hands on and driving
? Strong skills in interacting with cross team and apply influence to reach consensus or solve problem
? Fluent communication in both oral and written in English is required
? Flexibility to travel 10%
