Responsibilities:

1. Complete engineering releases on new products.
2. Generate test plans in close association with Design Engineering, Marketing and Test Engineering.
3. Verify part performance and maintains product history and documentation.
4. Support Design Engineering and QA on product qualifications, failure analysis, and life test.
5. Identify, Coordinate & Drive efforts in Cost, Cycle time, & Product Performance bottom line improvement
6. Train and develop Product Technician, test operator and maintenance Technician related to product engineering work scope
7. Test System & Program administration, maintenance and application support
8. Initiate product yield improvement plan independently, manage as a project and drive to achieve goal.
9. Perform new product characterization and fine-tuning jobs independently.
10. To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department
11. Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000 and ISO14001, and also put forward amendment scheme in own working field.


Requirements:

Bachelor Degree on Engineering / Information Technology.
1.Strong background knowledge or experience in electronic engineering field which covers: low/high frequency circuit theory, wireless communication theory and radio frequency (microwave) measurement.
2. Demonstrated capability in engineering data analyzing methodologies, application programming is a plus in C++, web programming with ASP/JSP, SQL and Visual Basic applications as well MS office proficiency.
3. Familiar with SPC or statistical analyzing theory and tools will be preferred.
4. Seamless working English communication. Professional and pretty-printing report skill. (Power Point Report)
5. Team work and effective cooperation with international team.
