Responsibilities:
1.Be able to define the quality requirement according to different scenario such as new product qualification or new process qualification.
2.Set up and maintain in line process quality control system.
3.Works with internal manufacturing partners to resolve technical and quality issues.
4.Routine quality audit, action follow up per QMS requirements
Drive process FMEA and control plan, use SPC to make on line data analysis and reporting
5.Monitor and update process quality performance
6.Tracking process variation, lead and coordinate to search root cause by using 8D report, define the appropriate action in time

Requirements:
1.University degree in mechanical engineering or related,
2.Minimum 3 years work experience in quality management, semicon industry prefered,
3.Practical experience in production quality work, knowledge of quality management methods,
4.Strong experience with root cause analysis and problem solving methods (e.g. 8D, FMEA), 6Sigmar relative training prefered,
5.Good team player with interpersonal skills and further potential to develop,
6.Good English skill on speaking and writing
