Job Title: Security Specialist

Location: Shanghai

Report To: Security Manager

1. Responsibilities:

l Guide and supervises the on-site contracts security Supervisor and guards, service providers and associated consultants on a 24 x 7 basis, but not limited to site security services, Access Control, Badge Services, Visitor Management, Reception and On-Site Events;

l Develops and maintains all site security Policies and Procedures, all security documentation including, but not limited to, Emergency Action, Evacuation and Security plans, Security Supplier Chain;

l Assists with emergency security situations if they arise;

l Assist investigation of all site or work related employee security issues and threats against SanDisk property or employees;

l Assist to sets clear goals and objectives for the SDSS Security Team;

l Along with EHS coordinates the activities and training of the Emergency Action Team

l Attends monthly meeting to understand security team operation issues needing

l Security service fee and other team fee checking

l Other assigned working

l Security supplies to ensure daily operation

l Provide security on-site audit and assessment to assist with Brand Protection and Supply Chain Security

l Keep mutual communication with manufacturing teams for security service/quality improvement.

l Conduct security self-assessment on site to comply with TAPA/C-TPAT

l Manage Lost and Found on site

l Report to Security Manager

2. Qualifications

1. Academy degree or above.
2. Excellent in English
2. Experience
1. 5 years of working experience on security management in multi-national companies or big state-owned companies, and/or experience on development and implementation of security operations in multi-national companies e.g.
2. Develop and deploy the Security Policy and Procedure,
3. Safety awareness,
4. Familiar with TAPA and C-TPAT requirement
5. Knowledge of CCTV and access control system and computer
3. Personal specification
1. Academy degree or above, graduated from Security/Police vocational college is preferred
2. Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinker;
3. Ability to coordinate priorities and initiatives, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
4. Ability to analyze security processes and indentify areas for improvements
5. Good Security Judgement and Awareness
6. Good communication skills and Implement
7. Enthusiastic and Integrity
8. Helpful and empathetic approach
9. Good skills in MS office
