Job Description:

1. Regularly check Lab equipment functionality and make sure equipment works fine.

2. Manage lab equipment PM and troubleshooting.

3. Co-work with Engineers and Vendors to design suitable tooling for operation work efficiency improvement.

4. Co-work with logistical group for import and export goods arrangement.

5. New equipment import and set up.

6. Used equipment import/export.

7. Co-work with IT and Engineers for test equipment or PC upgrading.

8. Lab 6S organization

General Competencies:

1. 1 year and above experience on equipment maintenance in semiconductor industry.

2. Familiar with Reliability Lab equipment, such us temperature and humidity Ovens, TMCL, HAST, ESD, Mech test toolings…

3. Familiar with office software, such us Word, Excel, PPT

4. Basic understanding on semiconductor assembly process and technology

5. Know 6S concept, at least 5S.

6. Good communication skills

7. Quick learning ability

8. Good English reading and writing skill
