SDSS Associate Training Coordinator (reporting to training manager)

Job Description:
In this position, the individual will be responsible for
1. Conduct the training, certification and re-certification to operators and cross training’s trainees;
2. Update training material & test paper per production process change;
3. Conduct the spec update & TECN training to relevant people;
4. Coordinate with production department to arrange training schedule;
5. Be responsible for training records management;
6. Timely feedback trainee’s training performance to his/her direct supervisor;
7. Ensure training quality to meet the certification requirement;
8. Closely track certified operator’s working performance within one month.


Education background
High school + attending succession education
Major in Science or related.

Core Competency and Characteristics
English skill both in reading & writing
PC skill (Microsoft office: word, xls, ppt.)
Good communication skill
Strong sense of teamwork
