Responsibilities:

? This position need communicate and cooperate across the functions for new project introduction as a window among internal NPI Engineering team , subcon and U.S. NPI team.
? Manage the PLC (product life cycle) qualification activities in the factory and subcon to support the new technology product transition.
? Coordinate with cross functional teams to get materials, tools, system and capacity ready for engineering builds.
? Option/tradeoff identification and communication to support constraint based scenario PLC activities
? In-line build tracking and compare to committed SOD & actual performance. Trouble shooting and provide recover plan.
? Proactively drive execution of priority actions and prioritization activities
? Consolidate key gap closure action items and drive execution.


Requirements:

? Require BS/BA degree or equivalent with Engineering related major
? Full project experience with assembly manufacturing as well as new project localization
? 8 + years related working experience in semiconductor manufacturing , with exposure to engineering or new product management preferred.
? Ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
? Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Dynamic, motivated, and results oriented creative thinker.
? Good time management and problem solving skills.
? Strong communication and influencing skills
? Self-motivated and self-directed
? SAP/Agile system knowledge.
? Fluent English communication skill and oral expression
