This position is responsible for benchmarking, performance characterization and developing rapid engineering prototypes which integrate SanDisk products and technologies into China hyperscale company applications and infrastructure to maximize value.

Deliverables:

· Work with SanDisk solution architects, customer’s engineers , and SanDisk HQ engineering to define, specify, implement and optimize targeted solution prototypes;

· Characterize performance, TCO and availability improvements;

· Work with customer’s engineers to successfully demonstrate the value with their workloads and in their infrastructure

· Provide feed back on defects, gaps, suggestions to HQ BU engineering teams

Position requirements: an advanced Computer Science university degree; extensive experience in cloud, big data, and storage infrastructure software architecture and development; experienced in developing in C, Java, Python, JSON; experience with developing with HDFS, K-V stores, SQL and NoSQL databases; analytics, ad-serving; successful track record in rapid development, optimization and characterization.
