职位描述
Merchandiser, based in our Shenzhen buying office, will take care of our projects for COSMETIC POUCHES, VANITY and various other BAGS.
From receiving the design, through sampling and material selection to production, production follow-up and shipping, you will be handling all enquiries for bag, pouches, vanities, etc from our overseas clients.
Must be experienced in the cosmetic pouch business both for retail and promotion.
Must have technical knowledge of BAG/POUCH manufacturing.
Know-how of handling designs, manufacturing and printing processes are a must, with on-hands experience in a bags factory an advantage.
Knowledge of the various materials available, the various applications for each material, knowledge of the fashion tastes and trends in europe and asia, and pouch construction knowledge are required.
You will be receiving the briefs and designs from our Paris office, it will then be your responsability to ensure that the selection of materials will be as near to our clients requirements as possible while remaining within the pre-defined budget. Close cooperation with the factories for sampling, getting the finished samples in the right colors, sizes and materials.
Someone with a pro-active attitude, who can work under pressure and be able to propose alternative solutions and the knowledge of how to reduce costs is a must.
Your fashionable taste will be required when selecting alternative materials to blend in with the tastes of our clients and coloring requirements.
You will be responsable for the projects from conception to shipment, including quoting, sampling, advising, production follow up, shipping and documentation.
Working hours : Monday to Friday 9.30 - 18.30
Office based with some occasional travelling
12 days annual leave (+ public holidays)
Yearly Bonus based on objectives and performance
Commission on orders successfully completed
ENGLISH is a must.
