工作职责+任职要求：
职责：
A.     Responsible for managing and overseeing the cost effective solutions to meet customers’ specifications for both NPI and existing PCBA products, and support for any engineering escalation related to PCBA.
B.     Responsible for creating and maintaining the DFM Guidelines.
C.     Responsible for the Statistical Analysis for Equipment Validation Plan (MCA, PCA, MSA) for the projects.
D.     Responsible for design processes to meet customer product requirement.
E.      Responsible for evaluate equipment and process capabilities.
F.      Enhance APQP, PPAP process.
G.     NPI deliverables.
H.     Responsible for driving continuous improvement through engineering stand point for quality, delivery and cost.
I.     Key technical interface with Automotive customers
J.   Responsible for component engineering.

Qualifications:
A.      10 years+ experiences in Automotive PCBA and assembly process.
B.      Fully understand the Automotive Standards as they relate to PCBA and integration. Deep knowledge and hands on experiences of PCBA process.
C.      Project management skill.
D.      CAM tool hands on experiences.
E.       Confident and proficient in communicating technically in English in both oral and written.
F.       Proactive approach in handling the work.
G.      Deep hands on experiences of APQP and PPAP process.
H.      Strong management skill, leadership with engineering team and cross functional team. Proactive leadership style capable to train and develop team members.
I.        Bachelor degree in automation or EE, start with PCBA process engineer in the past career is a must.
J.        Experience working with key foreign Automotive customers.
