KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To ensure all quality policies are followed
• To ensure all quality related documents like: SOPs, 5S, daily audit form etc. are followed and updated
• To execute daily TPA data capture
• To execute regular audit internally
• To execute 8 waste implementation & Continuous Impacts development.
• To facilitate the training program for continuous improvement
• To collect & analyze data of performance results;
• To facilitate improvement actions and ensure correct actions are followed
• Support to hold regular quality review meeting
• Support to make accident report & improvement actions
• Support to handle claims accordingly
• To support the commercial division in providing quality performance data for contracts review;
• To support monthly KPI report

COMPETENCES:

1. University degree or above;
2. At least 5 years working experiences in vehicle Logistics and experiences in quality related is preferred;
3. Ability to communicate at all levels internal and external team players
4. Fluent in English and Basically IT user knowledge as well;
5. Keen to develop career, learn and train;
6. Ability to work in a team and good communication skills;
7. A driving license is preferred
