ABOUT DIRECT HR:

DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Client:

The client is a leading IT services and support company founded in 2002 with offices in London, New York, Connecticut, California, Hong Kong, Singapore and Beijing.

Job Location:

Beijing, China

Reporting to:

Director of Asian Operations

Responsibilities:

- Accounts receivable for all China offices (excluding Hong Kong)

- Monthly accounting and billing processing for client invoices

- Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting Services

- Tax Compliance Services. Perform tax compliance duties i.e., periodically tax filing to relevant tax authorities; completion of tax forms and tax receipts for submission to local or state tax bureaus.

- Payroll and Human Resource Assistance Services.

- Other Statutory Filing Services

Requirements:

- Proficient in English (fluent in written and spoken) and Mandarin Chinese

- At least 5 years relevant experience

- CPA certification and proficient with GAAP

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business related degree.

- Previous experience working for multinational companies
