职责 Responsibilities：
1.负责电话转接、快递收发(国内，国际)、信件的传递等；
2.负责来宾接待与后勤安排；
3.负责办公用品的申购、统计及保管工作；
4.负责打印机、传真机、复印机等办公器材的使用、维护；
5.负责日常的办公室环境的维护

要求 Requirements:
1. 可用英文进行简单书面和口语交流；
2. 熟悉国际快递包裹收寄，清关工作经验优先考虑；
3. 耐心细致，性格随和，稳定性强 ；
4. 熟悉接待礼仪，应变能力强；
5. 熟练使用各种办公设备，办公软件，熟练应用网络资源。
