Ultimate objective of the role is to contribute to manufacturing management and engineering activities, to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, along with good internal and external communications and cooperation.

Roles and responsibilities:
Drive failure analysis and solutions to problems at suppliers
Drive continuous quality and process improvements in production
Drive Engineering Change implementation
Apply Lean / Kaizen knowledge to improve production line efficiency
Initiate and drive product cost reduction activities
Monitor supplier’s assembly process
Work with suppliers on NCM materials disposition
Ensure manufacturing readiness for new products
Work with Development Team and NPI team for new product development builds
Participate in OE (Operational Excellence) activities, and execute the selected OE projects。

Requirements;
Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or mechanical & electronic engineering
5--7 years related working experience
Proven experience on parts and products manufacturing, experience on printer, options or sub-modules manufacturing is preferred
Fluent in written and spoken English, and mandarin as well.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Working in a multi-cultural or multi-national company preferred.
