职位描述
Position:Finance Manager
Responsibility:
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual group finance report package;
- Financial analyze according to business requirement, financial reports explain to group of any questions concerning reporting
- Close work with Shared Service and monitor all accounting systems and processes, undertaking periodic reviews to ensure they are as streamlined as possible. Provide recommendations for improvements where necessary
- Manage financial budget and planning for China and complete the report package on time
- Ensure maximum level of internal controls and that all aspects of operation are in compliance with local tax, legal requirements and group policies. Ensure any gaps are communicated in a timely manner along with suggested action plan/ solutions
- Maintain financial policy / procedure / process to support business operation
- Maintain accurate and proper tax filing and other statutory filings
- Handle annual statutory audit, group audit and internal auditing; Ensure quality, integrity and reliability of all financial information and reports
- Other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Audit or related field
- 6-8 years experiences in financial function in JV/MNC and FMCG environment
- Be proficient in following financial policies and skills: taxation law, financial accounting, financial management, financial analysis, financial forecast, etc.
- Skillfully use ERP and office software
- Good oral and written English ability, CET-6 preferred
- Audit firm experience or qualification of CICPA, ACCA etc would be a plus
- Base in Guangzhou
