Description:
Lead engineering definition in program acquisition phase, support program award.
Experience for interior structure design
Establish and manage the bill of materials
Implement Faurecia standards and guidelines and manage potential conflicts with customer's standards with PoC (internal deviation approval).
Responsible for the validation plan definition of the product and process
Ensure good communication within team and extend functional team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in engineering
Experience in Design & Development in the automotive industry (Interior system prefer)
Knowledge and experience in Ford or Changan acquisition and development process
Team player with strong communication skills, International mind set
Catia V5 required
Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
