Assistant Accountant

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
? Accurately prepare SAP invoices on time to ensure all goods delivered are invoiced
? Prepare and generate monthly and yearly sales reports and account receivable analysis
? Prepare and generate Customer aging report
? Prepare debit and credit notes
? Work with planner & Business guys & customer to ensure AR can be chased back within due date
? Ensure all collections are accurate booked into system on timely basis and follow up any outstanding issues promptly
? Issue invoices and prepare entry for incoming payment
? Generate accounts receivable statement monthly and follow up AR collection
? Prepare AR agining analysis on weekly basis
? Month end closing
Education & Experience Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
? Good English, prefer CET 6
? Or qualified in professional accounting course, with at least 1 - 2 years accounting experience
? Or the qualified EIT is also OK
? Major in Accounting or Finance
? Good in English, as this staff will handle many oversea customers
