Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for Balance Sheet Review. Administer the planning and execution of the BSR to comply with company policy. Develop annual plan, conduct refresher training, on-going monitoring the execution of the reviews and drive completion of the corresponding findings.
2.Be responsible for Self Risk Assessment. Administer the planning and execution of the SRA to comply with company requirement. Monitor the execution of the assessments, review the assessments results with senior management and drive completion of the findings.

3.Be responsible for Control procedures and Technical Accounting guidance. Prepare Regional SOP or Technical guidelines on specific topics to ensure compliance with USGAAP or Company Policies. Provide training to organization on an as needed basis.
4.Lead the finance Compliance function to oversee compliance issues in relation to all business activities and assist company in formulating, improving and implementing compliance and internal policies;
5.Perform regular compliance check to ensure the business operations are full compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements;
6.Handle licensing related issues and outgoing correspondences with regulatory bodies;
7.Involve in ad hoc assignments and projects, including Investigation, Special Review, Get-Well Plan, System implementation etc.
Requirements:
1.Degree Holder or above in Law, Finance, Accounting with relevant professional qualification plus professional qualifications in legal is highly preferred;
2.At least 10 years of Compliance or legal experience, preferably in sizable asset management or manufacturing industry background;
3.Proficiency in SFO and its applications;
4.SOX and GAAP knowledge a must;
5.Be flexible in the nature, timing and the location of the work assigned
6.Proactive with excellent leadership, interpersonal, communications and analytical skills
7.Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese)
8.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and experience in training presentation a definite advantage
9.Immediately available is highly preferred
