Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
top finance leader to overall lead finance activities to meet operation requirement, covering accounting, analysis, forecasting, costing, taxation etc.
work as business partner and provide the strategic solution for the business operation
make sure the financial activities comply with the Chinese regulations
Coordinate with internal and external functions or authorities
Complete the relevant procedures and policies, enhance the internal control, continue to improve the financial system
Manage operation cash flow and optimize working capital. Communicate with different banks to deal with financing facilities
Internal / external control and audit to ensure the business integrity
Manage and develop the finance team

Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or finance. CPA is must, Big four firm is preferred
At least 5 years relevant solid experience in multinational manufacturing enterprise plus 2 years demonstrated managerial level, automotive industry preferred
Integrity, patient, team work, pay attention to details and good organizational manner.
Strategic thinking capability and strong leadership.
Strong business awareness, good at analysis
Excellent learning ability, continue improvement
