职位描述
Sr.Quality Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leading early product quality involvement and identifying risk evaluation of new product development phase to reduce the quality and reliability risk in mass production, customer side and field. i.e. CCR, KPI, DFMEA, GR&R, PFMEA, Control Plan.
2. Leading to continuously improve critical product quality issues and to achieve quality KPIs (i.e.RTY, DPPM, LRR, CoQ, etc.)
3. Leading or accompanying quality-related internal audit and verifying the effectiveness of CAR against those negative findings during the audit or survey.
4. To perform process control and lead cross-function team to improve process and quality.
5. Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, good communicate skills, in both English and Mandarin;
2. Over 3 years quality management control experience in Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) industry
3. Be familiar with OEM/ODM/EMS operations in multinational companies as well as production process control
4. Good knowledge in PCBA, SMT, Reflow Process, USW etc.
5. Process improvement project experience plus;
6. An inspiring team leader& driver for quality development & process continual improvement.
7. Aggressive, Self-motivated, proactive, quick response and and can work under pressure.
8. Experience to service American customers is preferred.
