职位描述
responsibilities:
? Compile, implement and control the annual budget for the Operations Team in mophie China.
? Improve workflow and process by incorporating “lean” principles. Examine and reduce cost structures based on sound principles.
? Ensure mophie China operations well integrated with upstream and downstream partners.
? Conduct daily management and development of logistics, planning, sourcing & production resources
?Assist the Director of Operations with HR and admin requirements.
?Interface with vendors, review contracts, conduct QBR’s and audits as required
?Develop and implement effective procurement and planning to enhance on-time delivery.
?Continuously review and engage with contract manufacturers across China to ensure optimal quality, price and delivery outcomes are consistently achieved.
?Ensure efficient and effective office administration.
?Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor Degree or above, 10+ years related working experience.
? Minimum of 5 years management experience required.
? Excellent written and verbal communication, in both English and Mandarin.Demonstrate ability to organize, exercise critical thinking and multi-task Proficient time management skills.
?Excellent leadership and team building skills.
?Proactive, open-minded, must be a good team player. Superb decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
? Results-oriented leadership skills.
