Job description:
?Assist Energy Management Director to prepare the AL China carbon management strategy for 2016 national ETS and be responsible for its implementation / execution of CO2 governance, procedures, organization for AL China plants eligible for ETS
?Coordinate with pilot entities (current and future) as well as corporate functions (portfolio management, operations, OCC, basin, finance) to monitor and review their carbon emission, allowance allocation, ETS compliance, etc.
?Support Energy Management Director for internal reporting of carbon management (ALCH management, Enrisk)
?Work with BD team for new projects to assess carbon impact, work with basin team when CO2 subject is negotiated with customers
?Collect and closely monitor government policy (issued by NDRC and DRCs at local level) on regular basis related to ETS, work with industrial associations / authorities to anticipate policy changes and maintain good relationships with them
?Follow and build database for market prices of Emission Allowance, CCER. Identify and negotiate economic options/opportunities for ALCH to fulfill emission compliance
?Documentation as well as involvement in other tasks assigned by the energy management department;

Requirements:
?Bachelor degree or above.
?Capable of reading, writing and speaking English fluently.
?Proactive, open spirit, good team player, good internal and expternal communication skills
?Minimal 3 years working experience in energy or related industries. Overseas study/working background is welcomed.
?Good capability in planning, negotiation and execution, and etc.
?Working experience with government bodies (NDRC, DRC etc.) is a plus
