job title:Logistics Project Manager - Cash Optimization CN

Description:
-Drive the project/tasks which are defined in the scope of cash optimization project.
-Map and evaluate the complex logistics delivery process within different business sectors of China.
-Establish the shareholders requirements into standard delivery process design including physical,information and capital flow.
-Define standard logistics delivery processes interface to customers.
-Implementation of standard POE processes & interfaces for material and information flow
-Be responsible for project target and deliverable results.
-Interact on plant logistics and planning, sales, finance and IT etc. functions to ensure the project target achieved.
-Other duties assigned by line manager.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or above;
-Minimum 5 years experience in logistics and planning field, plant logistics experience is preferred;
-Good knowledge of ERP operation, SAP knowledge is a must;
-Logic and systematic thinking;
-Strong communication skill and coordination capability;
-Pro-active and structured working style and ability to work under pressure;
-Self-motivated team-worker, ability to work independently and systematically;
-Ability to develop new concepts and plans for development work, experience in project work;
-Fluent & effective verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
