Responsibilities:


1. Work with technician team to maintain and repair handler.

2. Coach and mentor maintenance members to guarantee PM performance.

3. Provide design solution based on projects.

4. Prepare documentation for mechanical design, including BOM, DFM/DFA.

5. Setup DOE, work with cross teams (US team inclusive) to evaluate and modify mechanical parts.

6. Evaluate and introduce new equipment and process.



Requirements:


1. At least 3 years’ experience on semi-conductor equipment engineering, especially on test handler (PnP, Turret, Prober, etc.).

2. Familiar with semi-conductor equipment & test solution (pogo pin/socket)

3. Have experience on improvement/innovation projects, role as leader in at least 1 project.

4. Master mechanical 3D design tools (Pro/Engineer, SolidWorks, etc.).

5. Familiar with office tools (PPT, Excel, Visio, Project, etc.) and statistics tools (6 sigma, PDCA, TPM, etch.)

6. Familiar with PLC, C+ or other computer language.

7. Fluent in both written and oral English.
