Working Location: PVG airport office(shuttle bus is available)

Job Duties:

- Complete the daily maintenance task according to defined maintenance plan, and prepare the relevant report timely.

- Monitor the system's performance, and do some analysis when system performance is below normal level.

- As system daily help desk, to solve the problem on daily operations from end users.

- Conduct the trial run on system new update; look for the bugs before release.

- As the system trainer, provide the basic training to new hire end users.

- Collect end users feedback and the suggestion on system improvement; communicate it with the application development function.

Job Requirements:

- College degree in computer science

- Knowledge about software development skills including but not limited to Java, .Net, Database, and projects architecture theories including OO, SOA, and familiar with key projects management theories.

- At least 1 years working experience in IT position
