Job Profile and Description
A sales engineer to represent ATL Technology to approach the potential customer in Greater Beijing area of China.See the website to understand more about ATL Technology:

Reports to: Asia VP of ATL Technology
Key Duties and Responsibilities
? Develop/implement strategic on-boarding program B2B for the Beijing/China Market.
? Create Key Relationships with in Electrical Medical/Industrial Device Market
? Attend trade shows and other market specific events
? Create a dynamic team between Independent Reps(as applicable), CSR, and Sales Associates
? Responsible for lead generation and new market discovery within Beijing region
? Accountable for Discovery KPI’s and monthly/quarterly/yearly goals and benchmarks
? Coordinate yearly sales plan with Asia VP of Sales
? Implement/uphold company vision within region
? Prepare custom development quotes with collaboration from operations
? Maintain good relationships with all customers
? Identify and pursue product opportunities within customer target lists
Skills
? Outstanding Customer Service Skills
? Engineering background preferred
? Manufacturing B2B sales experience preferred
? Self-starter
? Keen sense of urgency
? Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
? Action oriented; doesn't wait to be directed
? Familiarity with effective presentation techniques
? Superior writing skills
? Ability to negotiate successfully with fortune 500 companies
? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Outlook)
? Experience building and maintaining client relationships
? Key Relationships within the Medical Market a plus
? Confidence in working with senior executives
? Travel 25-50% is expected
? Bilingual Chinese/English
? Drive, initiative and enthusiasm
Educational Qualifications
? Electronics industrial relative subjects, Bachelor degree or above.
? 5+ years working experienced in Electronics company or connector, cable assembly company, or Medical Device Sales
? Experienced in medical equipment products
? Some experienced in program management
? Familiarity with ISO13485, FDA, Medical Devices Class 1-3
