DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
?Pre-production sample fitting and approval
?Provide guidance to factory on customer requirements and follow up with factory in resolving technical problems
?Coordinate with Sample Rooms on samples making and Merchandising team/factories on production status
?Work with CAD & Textile Print team on print placement requirements and execution
?Travel to factories and sample rooms for fitting and resolving technical problem are required

JOB REQUIREMENTS :
?Textiary education preferably diploma holder in textile & clothing
?4-6 years relevant experience in the garment industry in woven ladies’ wear
?Practical experience of pattern making and garment construction
?Good knowledge of garment manufacturing process
?Strong interpersonal and project management skills
?Good knowledge in garment techniques, fabrication and accessories an advantage
?Self motivated, initiative, team player and ability to meet tight deadline
?Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
?Good command in Cantonese/Mandarin and English (both spoken & written)
