COMPANY: The Company is a market-leading supplier of electrical distribution, industrial control, and automation products, systems, and services.

JOB PURPOSE: The incumbent for REM will be responsible for test and delivery of the next generation Cloud-based Remote Energy Management platform.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in requirement analysis of the cloud-based REM platform;
• Responsible for ensuring delivery quality of the cloud-based REM platform, by performing various necessary tests, including system test, regression test, performance test, stress test, etc.;
• Be able to design effective test cases independently, according to business and software requirements.
• Define test plans according to project schedule;
• Generate test reports according to test results;
• Work with other software development and test engineers to deliver software releases on time with good quality.
• Lead and mentor junior members.

• Work close with R&D Team on system architect design, pilot deployment test;
• Work close with Operation Team on system running test and evaluation

External:

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of full life-cycle software development project experience.
• 2+ years of project experience with independent test case design for various tests, including API test, integration test, system test, performance test, stress test, etc.
• Understanding and experience with web-based application test.
• Experience with web-based application test framework and tools.
• Understanding and experience with large scale system test is a strong plus.
• Understanding and experience with performance test and stress test is a strong plus.
• Understanding and experience with script-based test automation is a strong plus.
• Understanding and experience with cloud computing technologies is a plus.
