Purpose of the Role :
This position is for a highly motivated Strategic Accounts professional who will design and execute a plan to penetrate target opportunities within China for the SAI Global risk management services. This exciting role will attract an analytical thinker who has the determination to drive initiatives through to successful conclusion. This is an experienced level sales role responsible for driving growth through expansion into named accounts and strategic opportunities.

Duties:
· Consulting with senior level executives to develop and implement an effective strategy that maximizes the value delivered by SAI Global’s risk management solutions in some/all following sectors:
Environmental and occupational health & safety;
Business ethic risks management;
Supply chain risk management.
· Collaborating with other divisions to define the path and strategy to further penetrate targeted opportunities and accelerate the sales process
· Meeting/exceeding a quota within a defined client base and strategic channel
· Proficiently creating strategic plans to meet/exceed quota
· Managing sales forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
· Maintaining competitive knowledge and focus

Education/Professional Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline
· Oversea education background or working experiences is preferred.

Experience Required:
· 5+ years of proven consultative sales experience, preferably selling solutions and services in highly regulated industries
· Ability to consistently outperform sales quotas is expected; Achievement driven; Highly competitive
· Ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships
· Strong demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
· Proven experience building excellent client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight into the business
· Excellent written and oral presentation skills in both Chinese and English
· Strong organizational skills to navigate inter-departmental resources and coordinate across SAI Global’s lines of Business
