Responsibility
-To assist effective and efficient accounting operations in the region
-To ensure F&A related activities comply with the company policy and local government policies
-To provide reliable, timely, and meaningful accounting information to help management measure business performance
-To review on required accounting schedules and ensure adequate details for each balance sheet accounts are clearly work out for monitoring purpose
-To monitor cash flow and project weekly funding required
-To manage year end closing and to reply auditor's enquiry to the accounts
-To manage payment process by working with customers, vendors, corporate, regions and other user departments in complying with regulatory requirements and corporate procedures
-To Ensure Accounts Receivable to meet and exceed the target TOD
-To Lead, manage, enable, motivate and develop staff in the team

Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or Business Management; and qualified Accountant. Relevant certificates like CICPA are highly preferred.
-At least 5 years’ relevant financial accounting and management experience in logistics industry; and acquainted with logistics business & processes.
-Well-versed in Chinese Accounting Standard
-in-depth knowledge on local tax and compliance, and local banking regulations
-Commercially savvy with strong conceptual and analytical mindset.
-Self-motivated with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
-Proficient in using Microsoft applications and preferably familiar with the SAP financial modules.
-Fluency in spoken and written English is necessary.
