职位描述

Job Title: HR Manager
Pay Grade: 4,000 - 10,000 RMB per month
Department: Supply Chain
Reports to: American Director of Asia Operations located in Shanghai
Desired results of the job: Direct company’s China office issues related to Human Resources

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1 Work directly with American Director of Operations located in China.
2 The implementation of the recruitment process, coordinate staff recruitment, induction, resignation, transfer, promotion and other procedures.
3 The attendance management, skilled operation of personnel system.
4 Labor contract management; human resources report, personnel files and data management.
5 For each branch, office, project group to provide human resources and administrative support.
6 The social insurance pay, termination.
7 For the employees work-related injuries and follow-up rating, closed.
8 Notice, process, protocol development, summary of output and follow up.
9 Sent a car to work.
10 Staff birthday party planning implementation and other important activities, the organization of meetings.
11 Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
1 Fluency in English language. Speak English on a daily basis with American Director.
2 University or College educated in the area of human resources management, business management or International Trade.
3 More than two years of relevant working experience in the human resources field.
4 Familiar with China labor laws, local labor laws and regulations.
5 Work at a fast pace under pressure.
6 Detail oriented, meticulous, serious and very responsible.
7 Strong organization, communication and coordination skills.
8 Skilled operation office software (such as: WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in International Trade, Human Resource Management or Business Management.
