The Role:

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will manage all aspects of sales function within the arena. The ASM will be responsible for the delivery against the targets and criteria set for the arena.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the sales team to achieve the sales target for each month, and provide action plan and feedback to manage any obstacles in attaining such targets;

-Develop potential distributors and new retailers within the regional area;

-Establish a sound relationship with key retailers and distributors;

-Make monthly & quarterly sales forecast and control inventory data for all distributors & retailers;

-AR collection & analysis;

-Implement marketing and promotional activities, and make individual sales promotion plan;

-Assist in preparation of seminars, exhibition and marketing events;

-Supervise and provide selling guidelines, and training to distributors & retailers;

-Establish good relationship with distributors & retailers, and maintain frequent visiting for key accounts;

-Conduct internal sales team to improve their professional knowledge & skills.

Requirements:

-Bachelor Degree or above;

-With 6+ years sales experience in the automotive or related industries; and at least 2+ years experience in sales management;

-Must have the experience of whole sales management; experience in distributors & retailers development and management are preferred;

-Strong communication, presentation, leadership & negotiating skills;

-Result oriented and highly self motivated;

-Well understanding of automotive market;

-Fluent English both speaking and written.
