Position Summary

管理电话销售代表团队，通过电话开发渠道及合作机构，协助高级经理推广相关业务。

Duties & Responsibilities

职位描述：

1. 通过网络及媒体平台收集目标客户资料；
2. 利用电话进行公司产品的销售及推广；
3. 通过电话进行渠道开发和业务拓展；

4. 监督电话销售代表完成每天的电话呼出量；
5. 收集、记录客户反馈信息，进行分析，挖掘客户需求，跟踪销售；
6. 按时完成工作任务；
7. 协同上级经理进行文档、客户资料的管理。

Skills and Requirements:

职位要求：

1. 专科学历及至少2年以上相关工作背景；
2. 熟悉office等办公软件的操作；
3. 善于沟通、思维灵敏、表述能力强，富有亲和力，形象气质好；
4. 口齿清晰、能够使用标准普通话；
5. 具备较强的韧性能够承受工作压力：在压力下很好的调节能力、能承受挫折；
6. 具备很好的团队合作精神；

7. 有良好办公室操作软件的应用能力。
