职位描述

Master Data Management
? As a provider and reviewer of all SAP sales and market access data, the Sales Operation Executive demands a high level of focus to ensure the ongoing integrity of data through the following data lifecycle roles:
? Data Provider: provision of the data values required, through understanding of how each field is used in relevant processes.
? Data Reviewer: undertake periodic analysis of the data to check for compliance with standards and for accuracy and completeness.
? Champion of the importance of accurate master data for the region.

Demand Management
? Work with Optimisation team and Sales/Account Managers to update and manage demand changes in APO. Monitor the consumption of this demand in line with expected timelines.


Contract & Order Book Management
? Act as a master data champion in both a provider and reviewer capability to ensure SAP data is accurate and regularly maintained.
? Create timely and compliant perfect contracts and sales orders in SAP.
? Accountable for the creation of SAP quotes and contracts in a timely and compliant manner and providing clear and concise contract confirmations to customers.
? Responsible for monitoring C2S [AD] is fully consumed in APO and advising Account/Sales manager in a timely manner.
? Responsible for monitoring the consumption of volume in a contract and check contract consumption on a weekly basis to ensure sales orders are raised in time to meet the contracted schedule line volumes and delivery months.
? Monitor, communicate and escalate the health of your customer’s order book / shipping schedule, ensuring a no surprises approach to both internal and external stakeholders.
? Accountable for managing change requests from the customer within business rules.
? Act as a strong liaison point for order book operational issues across the Global Market Access, Order Fulfilment, Documentation centre, Optimisation teams and the customer.
? Ensure import/quota licenses are adhered to and in-market inspections are arranged.
? Responsible for managing the Letter of Credit (LC) process for NZ export orders to ensure LCs are compliant and will not lead to failure of the delivery of an order.
? Manage the requests for export documentation including Certificates of Analysis.

Invoicing
? Monitoring of overdue invoices and credit limits/credit blocks as directed by credit controller through regular debtor reporting.
? Support the sales manager and/or country manager, as required, in ensuring receipt of regular customer debt position reports and in the collection of customer overdue payments.

Customer Relationship Management
? Accountable for providing high customer service levels and develop strong customer relationships, promoting an ongoing improvement in our CVM scores.
? Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of individual customers, their requirements, and market dynamics to day to day transactions.
? Understand any situations of conflict, attempting to resolve any issues with empathy. Where necessary, escalate an issue/complaint to the appropriate party.
? Develop relationship and work closely with Account Manager/s and Logistics Network Order Fulfilment team.
? Provide Sales/Account Managers appropriate insight into issues and opportunities associated with their accounts, input into customer/portfolio plans and other sales initiatives.

Complaints Management
? Responsible for receiving and validating complaints from Customer and ensuring that compliant resolutions are tracked in CRM, escalated and reviewed before handing back to the customer
? Review, edit and approve offer of resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
? Entering recovery information, resupply details if required.
? Responsible for managing the debit/credit creation and completion with required approvals.
Reporting
? Build a sound operating knowledge of data contained in the core sales planning and order fulfilment systems (Demand Planning, ECC, CRM, and GTS) to enable the effective generation of regular, ad hoc and future sales operations reporting requirements.
? Develop analytical skills to understand and interpret reports involved in the sales planning and order fulfilment process to provide insights to relevant parties.

Other
? Participate as a Subject Matter Expert on project and business driven initiatives within the region as required.


Qualification and experience
? Customer Service experience
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Computer literacy in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
? Market and customer knowledge
