Main Responsibilities

- Lead, execute and complete Lean six sigma projects to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction & profitable growth

- Mentor / coach green belt and project team members the Lean six sigma methodology & tools

- Lead Kaizen projects in office both in headquarter and factories, such as HR, Finance, Logistic, IT, Purchasing, etc. for continuous process improvement, with the use of lean six sigma tools

- Assist Master black belt / champion / sponsors in identifying project opportunities, selecting the right BB/GB projects and refining project details / scope

- Monitor Asia black belt to follow the process for project initiating and closure, ensuring project follow the DMAIC steps, controlling the progress, auditing the financial savings and evaluating the result with 1 year sustainment

- Follow global's requirement to work with deployment leaders on monthly KPI report and communicate feedback if needed

- Work as a bridge between global and Asia for all the lean six sigma training and project experience sharing worldwide

- Work between global and Asia lean six sigma team on project replication

- Maintain global SharePoint site for Asia section and upload all project and report documents as required by globally on regular basis

- Communicate both global and Asia for all the policies, guidelines and documents updating

- Support Master black belt on all Lean six sigma training delivery in Asia to cultivate the Lean six sigma concept throughout the company by providing especially lean six sigma tools training and related training programs for all levels

- Prepare training material and summary report as needed

- Provide onsite support for translation or any logistics for global guests visiting in China;

- Support on all events and activities required by Asia Lean Six Sigma deployment and provide all the logistic arrangement and coordination

- Perform all other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Knowledge

·Certified BB with training experience will be preferred

·Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Quality or other related discipline

·Basic statistical knowledge required by Lean six sigma and basic knowledge on 5S, Quality tools and Systems thinking with plant manufacturing experience

·Good team leading skills and facilitation skills

·Solid analytical skills (demonstrated in his job)

·Be innovative through collaboration and systematic thinking

·Be able to manage projects and multi-tasks with flexibility

·Good communication skills and interpersonal skills

·Be energetic, motivated, self-driven and open-minded with strong adaptability

·Able to influence people without authority

·Good computer skills

·Be fluent in both written & spoken English

Working Conditions

Up to 40% travel among the plants and offices of the Region
